Dear Melanie, How dear you are to me and also the body of Christ. People have heard so much of the 'you can have it all' message, but he tells us very clearly to 'seek me first and then all these things shall be added'.... how in the world are we to know what his perfect will is for us if all we do is read books, hear messages, and visualize on having 'all of that' like we already know what all of that is? Maybe he wants some to be a missionary and teach lowly people about him, and use us to lay hands on them, and give them something that you can't buy, like a healing, or the new birth experience. How wonderful the gifts cannot be bought, but given by us accepting him.... God forgive these people that are misrepresenting God.. and not stepping away from ministry when they need to, to hear him and take time for healing. God will never give us more than we cannot withstand except he make a way of escape. Love to you, so good to hear from you, Susan
